It burned the ends of my hair. Regardless of the temperature!
I really wanted to try the CHI product. However, within a few months of starting using it, the ends of my hair started to burn! Temperature lowered but nothing changed. My hairstylist told me it had to be a curling iron, but I just couldn't believe a CHI product could do that. At 6 months after losing 3 inches in length and still having burned ends I decided to change and that was it! I will never buy CHI hair products again. JE!
