When you get to the level of creating your own patina from scratch you will find that products like these are a bit "watered down" and give them power and lack sharpness. It offers a pretty decent patina when effective, although I like the patina green tones, which can fall into the "apple green" range - it just isn't strong enough for that kind of effect. However, it is a good complement and I can easily "extend" my homemade moonshine by using it and tempering the power of others. Also, the availability is very good, so I will be a buyer again.
