Review on TagtronicsPatrol by Nick Kasilowski

The customer service is amazing, they make sure you get what your looking for! I have used them in previous years without problems but this year their system crashed twice during peak hours leaving us unable operate as normal business or even open at all!! They need better support staff so that when it does happen again we can work thru issues faster instead having time off from clients while waiting around until someone gets back online. We needed an easy way track employees movements throughout shifts allowing supervisors more efficient scheduling times between patrols/patients etc..
