When I ordered these I saw some reviews complained about them being light weight and twisting in the oven. They do not. They are much, much heavier than my regular baking sheets. I was really pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. Just to give perspective, I put them in a 400 degree oven and they did not twist at all. My cookies turned out great! They have gone through the dishwasher without rusting and I feel it was a great buy. Also, the silicon mats are great.
