This monitor is a godsend for anyone who values movement clarity and their wallet. For people who play competitive games, I really don't think this can be beat. You could use a 360-390Hz monitor and you'd probably get a "noticeable" improvement in smoothness, but these monitors are much more expensive and still don't come close to the amazing absence of ghosting that this monitor achieves. Two (fairly minor) caveats: #1: Brightness, enabling Backlight Strobe (referred to as PureXP in the monitor settings) deprives users of the ability to control display brightness and reduce overall brightness. For bright and normal settings it's not too bad and it was still usable in my well-lit room, but the two higher settings make the monitor too dark, a normal side effect of using backlight flashes. Luckily, the bright and normal backlight dimming settings work amazingly, so I'd recommend just setting PureXP to bright and putting an end to that. I don't think most people will care, and if you really care, I'd recommend getting a monitor mount as well so this isn't a problem. tldr: great monitor, great motion clarity, get it, you won't regret it.
