Review on 🦌 Precision Hunting with Simmons Hunting Laser Rangefinder: Volt & Venture Models by Jonathan Ulsth

I bought this for bowhunting but was very disappointed. IF you have a tree with light bark AND it's within 40-50 yards you should get a reading, but in most cases it won't show up in southern deer forests. Forget shooting range or rifle range situations. It's useless! When I hunted with a friend on crate stands that had shots out to 300 yards, nothing legible except what I got from a white bucket that fell about 140 yards but couldn't aim for anything else. Logs, clumps of grass, stumps, nothing works very well. We don't have white-barked trees here, and as far as I can tell, the only thing he'll see is white. I wish I had bought this cheap one.
