Being an experienced crafter, I couldn't wait to experiment with the various craft embellishments offered by EJG Online Store. On the other hand, after looking through their offerings, I came away extremely dissatisfied. In spite of the fact that they claim to provide one-of-a-kind and high-quality embellishments, the things that I bought from them were nothing like what they advertised. The beads and the charms were of poor quality, and a significant number of them displayed evidence of damage or wear. In addition, the prices were extremely high, with some things costing anywhere from two to three times more than they were actually worth. Their customer support was unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the situation even more difficult. After making an inquiry about a damaged item, I did not receive a reaction, which left me feeling aggravated and unsupported. In general, EJG Online Store is not a retailer that I would recommend to anyone seeking to purchase quality craft embellishments. They may have a large assortment of products available, but the quality and prices are simply not comparable to what they offer. Look elsewhere for what you need to fulfill your creative desires so you can spare yourself the disappointment.
