Faulty Coupler, Not Worth the Money

Based on our own experience, this adjustable coupler hardware is a disaster waiting to happen. The design is flimsy and poorly constructed, making it difficult to attach and detach from our trailer. The only pro is that it was easy to install initially. However, the cons far outweigh any positives - it's a waste of money and a potential safety hazard on the road. We would not recommend this product to anyone in the market for a reliable trailer accessory.
