I was very pleased after receiving this ladder. I'm small, light, strong and even though it's not that big, I could still reach almost everything in my closets. Convenient to have around the house, easy to carry and store from room to room. The only downside I've noticed so far is that once the ladder is opened it feels a bit tight to fold it back into the closed position. Maybe this will get easier with time. Overall I love this little staircase!
