I have wanted a senior pipe reamer for a long time. When my old cheap reamer broke I bought it. Not disappointed. There are no instructions, but as others have said, once you've smoked a pipe for a while, the tool is easy to handle. The heavy construction is well made, sturdy. The dilator itself is adjustable to fit most medium sized tubing with a screw applicator on the end. The end also includes a simple shank reamer that you simply unscrew to use and then put back into the tool for later use.
