There is no reverse assembly, but it's worth it.

For size and price I'm sure they are better without Versa mounts. sucks. But I have 2 on my desk, I love two. If I can help I will never go back to 1 monitor. I have some hardware upgrades to do but if I have 3 I will fit 3 of them but I will deal with a mount. First.
