The blade works straight and correctly.
I love this bike and have put it to good use since installing the adapter shaft. When I received it I wasn't sure I could get it to work at first. Didn't pay attention to that when buying. I thought a variable cartridge would do, but I was wrong. In any case, I really like the blade, it runs smoothly and is more reliable than the lighter ones that many manufacturers offer. Thanks and sorry for the late feedback.
