A person is born every minute,

I was at 15:34 on January 11th. I'm not proud of it, but I was. I ordered two of these blocks. One came with a broken fuse holder, it was just spinning around in the unit, it also smelled like burnt electronics. Both devices immediately lit up with a red LED when plugged in, which stayed red for days. Read some reviews that it needed to be "charged" so I left it plugged in. I couldn't get the devices to light up the green LED no matter what I did. Changed fuses, adjusted springs, metal tabs, nothing.

Pros

Convenient - LCD digital display, clear and easy to read voltage fluctuation data, more convenient. Thanks to the hanging hole and light weight, it can be hung on the wall, saving a lot of space.
