Update: My pump has failed after three weeks of heavy use. It would be great if they cost $15. But at such a high price, I'd rather buy a more powerful pump for $10 or $15 more than this one. Not bad for what it's advertised for. But it's a tiny plastic pump with added plastic to make it look bigger than it is. And I don't expect the little plastic impeller to last very long in anything other than perfectly clean and clear water. The information on Revain is very good, especially the video. Extra hose fittings are valuable, especially the GHT garden hose adapter, which is hard to come by on cheap pumps. The included small manual is well written, which is rare for imported products. It's good that they include a hose but I didn't need it as I prefer to use a garden hose. It's nice to have a 25-foot cable, but the cable is flimsy and the connector only has two prongs instead of three. . There's no ground wire or third prong - I'm not sure if that's safe or legal in the US due to UL regulations. Sounds like a potential electrical hazard, especially if it's specifically designed for in-water use. There are better, more powerful, more durable pumps out there that cost a few bucks more than this one. I would suggest the seller remove the tube, make the box smaller, and drop the price on it by $10-$15. Then it will be good business. As it is I think it's a few bucks high. But overall well done. Aside from the issue of electrical safety and the impeller which I believe is about to break.
