I used this pump to circulate water in my 2.5 gallon fresh water tank. I am very happy with it. This is definitely the smallest submersible water pump I've come across and it packs a lot of power. In fact, the flow of water was so strong that it swept away my plants, like those trees in those videos of a devastating tropical storm. I ended up running a 12v 3.8v wall wart pump to tame it. The pump runs very quietly, probably due to the lower voltage. The supplied suction cups fix the pump securely to the aquarium wall. So far I have nothing to complain about with this pump. I will definitely buy it again for other projects.
