This tool was used and recommended by my chiropractor. She said it would be good for me to have and easy to use on myself. Yes, it hurts just like when she uses it on me. Helps to get rid of knots in calves.

- I use it to replace one of my Graston tools and it works fine and was way cheaper
Cons
- It doesn't provide enough pressure to effectively work out knots
