CHERRY LEMONADE TASTES GREAT BUT WHEN SUPPLEMENTED IT'S SAD!

Cherry Lemonade tastes really great, but an ounce or more of it at the bottom of the shaker becomes gritty when it comes out! After trying the first portion I hoped that this was a one time portion and the other portions would be better. Not this case. To solve this problem, I just don't finish my last sip from my shaker. Even if you go for a full scoop, which is optional, it gets very expensive: 30 servings is about $45 plus tax. This is the standard 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs with 5g of L-Leucine. , 2.5 g isoleucine and 2.5 g valine. You also get 5g of glutamine and some electrolytes in each full scoop. Personally, I think half a scoop or maybe a little more will do the trick, whether you're taking this workout during or after a workout. Too expensive to use whole scoops for something as simple as this formula: BCAAs, glutamine, and electrolytes. If you are looking for a great tasting BCAA product and don't mind having sand at the bottom of your cup and using it wisely, then this is a great find!
