This massage gun is smaller but very powerful. There are six settings available and I currently use the second setting as this setting has enough massaging power to relieve calf pain. I've always wondered how well these massage guns work. I have found them to be very effective. I use this massager twice a day and have found my sore muscles to feel much better. I can do a deep tissue massage which helps relieve the pain I've had for a while. I go almost every day. Recently, my calf muscles have started to cramp and hurt a lot more often. After using this massager, not only are my calf muscles less tight, but the pain is gradually easing. The weight of this massage gun is 1.3 lbs, so it's easy for me to use. There are also four different massage heads to choose from. I use a big round head and it works great. This massage gun effectively helps relieve muscle pain and tension.
