Review on 🍕 SOLIDO Rectangular 14"x16" Pizza Stone - The #1 Baking Stone for Oven, BBQ, and Grill by Jim Reinhardt

I just bought a couple of these stones - one for a home in the US and one for a home in the Caribbean (Nevis). I'm a pizza delivery boy, years ago I started working for a guy named Tom Monahan and his brother James at their first leaky pizza joint called DomiNicks when I was a freshman. Tom brought his brother and changed the name to Domino! Many, many years in fast forward - I owned the Wine Spectator Award, a beachfront restaurant on the island that serves the best thin-crust pizza in the Caribbean (according to our customers) from our wood-fired oven - so I have a little faith in pizza. the game. I love cooking at home and going out so I ordered Solido stones for my home. These are great products - as heavy as can be, well made and they get the job done. Just buy these damn things and make an amazing cake at home - you won't be disappointed.
