Melted Peanuts in Package

Whatever chemical was in this one leaked a little into the box and the peanut package reacted, turning into sticky gobs that stuck to the sprayer. A: If I decide to use it on my car, I will test a tiny area first. Second, why are they using peanut packaging in 2021?
