Service was fine. The quality of the tape is very good. The adhesive holds and does not leave a residue. The tape is strong and cloth -- as advertised. Great value for most applications.If you are looking to use this tape for blacking out LED lights or other luminous things, you will likely need to use more than one thickness, as the tape is not entirely opaque; the cloth is not particularly tightly woven even though it is strong. You cannot tear, for example, the cloth with your fingers, but when applied over LEDs, the brightness shines through unless you use 2+ strips to cover.Uses may vary. This is a good quality gaffer tape, but if looking for black-out use, transparency may be an issue. This transparency is in no way unique to XFasten, but it does apply to this tape.
