I like that it's easy enough for non-technical users/non admins, but also has features such as reporting etc which are useful if you're an admin who needs more detailed information than just what they can see in their console log files! It would be nice though with some of those reports being easier (in terms of how many fields there were) - we've had issues where people have been able get away without logging into our server or using any other tools at all so haven't really got much info about why things aren;t working properly from them either way :).
We needed something simple yet robust when managing hundreds+ servers across different locations & environments within one account / group rather then having lots separate accounts per site etsc.
