I've been switching between Vionic Men's Orthaheel Technology White/Navy Walker and Vionic Men's Orthaheel Gray Walker size 13 2E for a little over a year. I don't know why, but the gray ones seemed a bit more comfortable than the white ones. I was happy with these and they helped my pain significantly. I didn't expect to find a better pair of shoes. The only problem was that they looked like high quality "tennis shoes" and I wear pants to work about 3 days a week. Some say they don't last long, so far my only problem is not being able to keep them clean but that's my fault. I have since bought a pair of 13xwide (4E) Orthofeet 465 Men's Comfort Diabetic Therapeutic Extra Depth Shoe to solve the tennis shoe problem. Although the pair was about $35 more expensive, they were much more comfortable and relieved my pain even more.
