I like how easy it was for me as an employee/customer user from day one there were no issues or problems what so ever just great service! It's difficult because everything seems new but they have done very well at creating software which really does work effectively without any flaws whatsoever!! Great support staff always willing too answer questions quickly & professionally - never seemed pushy about sales etc! I like how easy it was for me as an employee/customer member access my own personal account online at any time without assistance from anybody else! It's very efficient but still allows one-onone interaction if needed!! Nothing really. Great product overall - simple & user friendly interface makes use easier than other benefits platforms out there by far. !
