Easy assembly in 5 minutes or less. Works great in the corner of my cube to keep my short monitor at eye level. It's also good because you can put things under it and the clear glass lets light through so you can see what you've hidden in there. I have two monitors on my desk and below is a stapler, calculator, etc. Not only do they save your neck, they are a great way to save space and organize your desk. Fully adjustable but no more than a few inches up or down. I've been wearing them for a month with no problems. I'll update the review when they post it or something. They also come with non-slip rubber pads for the bottom of the legs, so even if I stumble or accidentally drop my purse on the table, these things won't slide or wobble. You basically have to lift them up a bit to move them. If you want them to move (which would be weird, but ok, that's for you), just don't add sticky rubber things to the riser's legs and it'll move without rising. I have to point out that this is just good rubber that doesn't slip. In fact, they won't stick to your table. The sticky side goes to your feet, the other side is just non-slip for heavy use. I literally showed up at 7am and threw my huge bag on the table to find I had nailed the monitor riser. Like a champion, he didn't move an inch.
