Measure yourself before you order!
It's critical that you measure your waist line (or where you'd wear the top of the skirt) before you order. I ordered the 30.5 and 32.5 sizes due to my hip/thigh size and measuring a 31.5 around my waist. I ended up going with the 32.5 in order to achieve the length I wanted (mid thigh, about 3 inches above knees) for my cosplay. Nice quality, feels great, would highly recommend if you're looking for a pleated skirt!
