I was looking for a white noise car as I sleep an unusual amount and live in a noisy area. A friend suggested a larger version of this brand as she uses one and assured me it would be enough to produce decent white noise. I thought it was a great idea. My bedroom is tiny so I chose the "kids" version. She was right. It's perfect. Now outside noise is blocked and the air is cleaned. It suits my needs perfectly. It's not loud on the lowest settings, but if you're looking for near-complete silence then this isn't for you. I like both the size and the look. Also great for my chronic asthma. The night light is a delightful added bonus.
