First off, delivered early. Yay! Second, the package was much heavier than expected, and when I opened it up, I was very satisfied with the gage of steel used. No longer worried about it taking the weight. Third, instructions were brief but concise and installation was a breeze. Fourth very configurable. Can be installed so kayaks are mounted either parallel or perpendicular to joists, and the height adjustment is easy. Fifth, easily fit my 14 foot (and 34" wide!) Ocean Kayak Malibu 2 AND my Sun Dolphin Aruba 10!
