Hearing loss for a musician is horrible. I have moderate hearing loss which makes conversation difficult without something in my ear. I tried inexpensive non Bluetooth hearing aids but a recent visit with family left me dissatisfied and they made music sound horrible. I got a Bluetooth pair and got confused and it didn't have the hearing test. They were better. I got these and did the hearing test. My only complaint was they could be louder at times. However the sound quality was astonishingly clear. In addition the in ear detection and audio processing just didn't feedback. The one thing you can't do with hearing aids is cover the ear. As an experiment I laid my head on a pillow and barely got a hin5 of feedback, but not consistently. The other pair are not bad but I prefer these hands down. If you have to wear them all day a second pair is useful. That brings me to my final point. These are by far the most comfortable and the best design case too. If you have mild to moderate hearing loss these are for you.
