Bright but condensation is on the inside

Easy to install very bright but not blinding to on coming traffic like cop cars do , was a good value for the money , but water is getting in on the inside, hopefully I can disassemble it clean the water out and silicone the screw heads to stop the water intrusion, if not it was a complete waste of money. This is a big let down was super happy with purchase till I saw this

Bright works good so far, see how it gets through the Maine winters.
