> Works in grommets

USE Mainly used to add rope points to tarp materials that don't already have grommets to attach ropes, bungee cords etc. > Can be used on any tarp or sheeting that does not have eyelets > Use on a tarp when the eyes are too far apart or in awkward spots > Use a plastic sheet like a tarp to cover patio furniture, cars, etc protection. > Hang a wet rug or blanket to dry (but use plenty of clips or just use clips to secure rug etc to the drying frame) > Hang a greenhouse sunscreen to protect plants from direct sunlight or protect against wind > hang temporary signs printed on plastic sheeting or painted on fabric > hang fabric to make temporary or "artistic" curtains, screens and/or room dividers > hang a blanket, Navajo rug ah, old Persian carpet etc. as an art object on the wall > hang up painter's rags to protect furniture > hang up plastic film to protect against drafts > attach loose leaves to the carpet (also decorative futons as sofa covers) > attach tablecloth to picnic table > cover on attaching to the hammock > Secure beach towels or picnic blankets with a cloth to prevent them from being blown away (with weights or tent pegs), even if you don't have a loop use (do not attach string or cord) > Anchors or attachment points for balloons, etc. > Suspension points (e.g. for a lamp, etc.) etc. ADVANTAGES > For very thick materials such as carpets, cork and heavy materials, you can open the CargoLoc clips about 1/4". Ceilings, even hard materials such as sheets of cardboard or foam boards > You can use the Easily open CargoLoc clips to change position, etc. The clips are easy to detach to wash the blanket, etc. In some cases, especially when carefully adjusting the length of ropes, etc., it is more convenient to remove the tarpaulin clamp, n to loosen and re-tie the ropes CONS > I suspect that the handle of the Cargoloc clamps is vulnerable in many situations and can catch on something or even break > I haven't used the Cargoloc clamps long enough to experience a Noticing loosening if this is undesirable but the nature of the clamp construction makes it likely Unlike the EasyKlips [[ASIN: B0039YOMBC EasyKlip Midi 4101 220lbs Tarp Clip, Black, 4-Count] they do adjust essentially automatically attaches, does not accidentally detach, and has a sleek appearance, with no handles or lugs for ropes or other items to hook hooks would be caught. Cargoloc clamps for very thick materials, for temporary installations and/or when the clamp needs to be repositioned on the tarpaulin (etc.). Designed to be attached to furniture and then connected to the tarp with ropes or bungee cords. While this might work in some cases, that's not the point. Clips attach to tarps etc. > Click "Stoney" just below the product name to see my other reviews or leave a comment to ask a question.
