I like that we can create our own logic for different processes as well as being able to edit or add new rules/logics as needed with ease. The tool is expensive so you may have to go through some trial & error before finding what works best in your environment. Make sure it meets all requirements of your application before jumping into creating any custom logic. We are solving issues related to tracking inventory at multiple locations across many departments within an organization. The best thing about this software is that it has an inbuilt interface with many other softwares like SAP, Jira etc. It's easy to use and the support team is very helpful. I dislike the fact that it takes a lot of time to load up and sometimes crashes. If you are looking for a good ERP system then go ahead with Anylogic. We used it for our Manufacturing department and it helped us track all our production activities.
