I love this thermometer. It is very easy to use thanks to the easy-to-read display. It has a fast response time and is ready to read the temperature as soon as I press the button. I work in the kitchen so I use a lot of thermometers and this one quickly became my favorite! I would buy red instead of black just to make it easier for me to find.
