Sooo Beautiful! Rhinestones are very small and are glued with a strip of something similar to double-sided tape. Other commenters were disappointed that the rhinestones would come loose, so the first thing I did was press all the stones firmly. I also have a collar so when my dog rubs it the collar moves. Also, my dog doesn't usually scratch. If scratched, the stones will of course come loose. It is also written that the material of the collar is velvet, but this is not so. It's more like a thick foam, like crafting. But it's definitely strong, thick and reliable, I'm not afraid of it tearing, it's just not velvet. I really like this material because it's so soft. My dogs are very strong, medium sized dogs so the collar is for show only - I still use their standard nylon webbing collar on walks.
