Can't say enough good things about the product, comfortable flocking, easy inflation, reliable air seal. First time I SLEEP EVERY WAY to LHR on the bus and arrived pain free. This is very unusual for me. I used it both high and low and flipped it sideways to change the angle of my back. I'm 5ft 9" and this U-shaped pillow is useless to me. There's also something about the position of the arms that separate the shoulder blades so there aren't any pinch points anywhere on my spine. The design also preserves the breathing zone. A little more moisture, but not too much, which is ideal in the dry cabin air, I'll never leave the house without it.
