Review on Gecko HRM by Darian Massey

Gecko is very simple to use for both employees and managers. It has all the modules that a supervisor could need. We loved how simple it was and its ability to help organize all our processes. It is easy to use for both employees and managers. There is nothing I dislike about Gecko. In fact, I have nothing I would recommend to others. We used Gecko to help organize our processes. It is very simple to use and it allowed our employees to track their time and it allowed our managers to see where we were at with tasks. The ability to create a custom survey for each department and assign them all at once is genius! Not having to log into all of my different systems saves me time each day. Very customizable. I wish the reporting was easier to read. But it's getting better every release. Great overall program and would highly recommend it over others out there. We needed an easy way to track our employee hours as well as get better visibility into performance issues.
