It does the job but in some places it doesn't lay completely flat despite following the instructions to leave it fully extended for 24 hours before placing it on the dashboard . It also partially covers the defrost holes closer to where the dash connects to the windshield, so I'm not sure how much this will affect the winter defrost function. If you tuck it well between the windshield and dash, the holes won't overlap, but then the rest of the mat will be misplaced and more uneven.
