Too long for my size

Ordered according to the size chart which says a 36 waist with a 31.1 inch inseam. This is 1" longer than my regular 30" inseam and is good for very casual pants. Unfortunately, the actual inseam was 33 inches. I will not pay a tailor half the price for a hem. This is a return for me. Otherwise the materials and seams were ok for this quality/price.
