NO ZIPPER TIES - inaccurate website description

There is no detailed description for this item. There are no corner ties as stated in the item's title and description and the zipper is not a dainty white color but a decidedly unattractive silver color. I'm disappointed and think this should be removed or rewritten on Revain. I'm frustrated that I wasted my time ordering this and now have to go through the hassle of returning it. I would also like to contact the seller if possible.
