Used as lumbar support

I needed a basic lumbar support pillow for my car and it works great. One of the other pillows designed for lumbar support that I tried provided too much support and caused my back to arch too much. This one is thin enough for me and fits perfectly behind my back. No more back pain after car rides. The price is great too.
