Absolutely, not satisfied with INSTAshiatsu.Manufacturer stated they were issues with this particular massager , so they claimed to have pulled it off the shelve. I didn’t know at the time I bought it was defective. I was excited, told a friend who bought it. When mine stopped working, I was offered a replacement bc this was something I really needed due to chronic neck, shoulder & lower back pain. It was the perfect size. Little did I know, it was problematic from the start. I should’ve requested a refund, as my friend, instead of being stuck with this massager that don’t work. The manufacturer would not offer credit to my Walmart account. Only to offer some credit to their website, which there is nothing on their website I need.
