Review on 🔥 Heavy Duty 1800W Heat Gun - Mowis Hot Air Shrink Gun with LCD Display, Adjustable Temperature & Wind Speed (Yellow) by Jose Haskin

I was really excited about this unit based on the reviews, but my unit only heated up to about 200-210 degrees Fahrenheit. I've used a trusty laser thermometer and even shot the laser inside/directly at the heating coils and EVEN THAT only recorded 200-210 degrees. The thing just doesn't work. The temperature setting might say 600 degrees, but it was actually only 200. Also, the temperature doesn't necessarily stay stable no matter how you set it, which doesn't really matter since the actual temperature is limited to 200 degrees. I tried both high and low settings but it made no difference. I would like to note that a particular safety feature of this item is that it will switch to a high fan setting if you turn it off while it is still hot. to cool the gun to a lower temperature before shutting it down.
