very comfortable but didn't solve any neck problems

I carry stress and tension around my neck. It got so bad that I actually lost my range of motion in my shoulders. My chiropractor suggested this pillow. The price was fair. The pillow is actually very comfortable; however, the pain of the neck muscles did not change. I tried going back to "my pillow" that I had used before and found it too high and very uncomfortable. I'm happy with the pillow as a pillow but disappointed that it didn't relieve the pain. I will continue to use it and will probably buy another one as I continue to look for relief from my neck pain.
