I really wanted to love her. I really tried. But I just can't. I have a small head and it's very difficult to find suitable headphones or I'm too picky. They were MASSIVE on my head BUT extremely comfortable I'll give them that. However, they completely covered my ears, which didn't help drown out the background noise. Even with the music on my headphones, I could still hear the sounds and voices around me as clearly as if I hadn't even worn them. As for the sound quality, it's very good. I had to turn my master volume up to hear them and yes everything was at max. I have a pair of Turtle Beach headphones and I have to say that the sound quality of this pair is better (and has more bass) than the Turtle Beach pair. Well, the reason I'm returning is a microphone. When I wiggle it up and down it seems to be loose and I'm not sure if that's the case or if it's a defect. As for the quality of the microphone, it's terrible. People can hear you, yes, but so can everything around you, including that annoying white noise sound that got louder the longer I spoke on a mic test. Now I know it's not me hearing this, but I use a lot of disharmony and prefer not to expose it to white noise/loud noise overriding what I'm trying to say. I really wanted to keep them, but the microphone was a red flag for me. Also, they feel pretty cheap. They're lightweight, which makes them even more comfortable, but the plastic earpads feel really cheap and I'm not sure how long they'll last. The packaging also confused me. Maybe that's how this company works, but I've never received headphones with the splitter already attached and the cord tucked away in the box, not even nicely folded and tied together. It looked used, although the seals weren't broken. But like I said, it could just be the packaging. In general, the color is pleasant, the light is nice and bright, the sound is excellent, the noise isolation is not very good, the comfort is amazing and the microphone is not great.
