I first bought this product in Korea and haven't been able to use any other makeup remover since. I'm on the third now. This is by far the best cleaner I've ever used. I always use waterproof mascara and this cleanser COMPLETELY removes my thick waterproof mascara. If I use a different cleanser, I still have to use a different cleanser to get rid of the residue under my eyes. Never had such a problem with this makeup remover. And most people think that cleansing oils or cleansing balms clog pores and eventually cause skin irritation. It is not true. This will loosen any dirt, blackheads, and other makeup residue. You rub it into dry skin, melt the product at your body temperature, try to rub gently into the areas you want to cleanse THEN apply some warm water and MELT THE CLEANSER and rub all over your face again. The cleaner changes form to a white watery state. That now means you can wash your face with water. This process may take a few minutes, but it's worth it. It will deeply cleanse and purify your skin. It's better than putting on a bunch of makeup to hide your flaws. Spend your time, money and effort cleaning! I highly recommend this makeup remover. I prefer the purple cleanser over the original pink.
