Defective, clasp broken

I bought these for a wedding and the morning I put my little ring on for the first time the clasp on it broke into pieces. Glad I took the strap as a spare. And it's good that the bridal couple understood me. Really bad buy. I was so angry I threw them away in Florida so now I can't return them.
