The mug is great, the color is nice, the wooden handle looks and feels good except where it meets the china. there is a gap just below your finger where you hold the cup, which annoys me. The gap reveals a sharp wooden handle mount that's awkward to hold. I understand why it is necessary for the wooden handle to be attached. I think there is a better way to attach a handle without this problem. Maybe they should have a porcelain part of the mug handle that overlaps where the index finger would be. Then there is no gap with a sharp wooden edge just below your index finger when you hold the mug to drink.
