Overall great tool - just would like some room if need customization
The ease of use, ability for my team members to access it from anywhere with an internet connection makes this software ideal for us! I wish there were more ways to customize our templates (ie., adding new sections) but that's not necessarily something we can do as easily/quickly by ourselves without hiring someone else who has experience in these types of programs.
We are able to submit proposals online quickly and have them reviewed within minutes or hours instead of days when using other proposal submission tools available out there today.

- Very intuitive easy interface even if technical staff isn't familiar wth program
- Invaluable toolfor submitting RFPs..allows user feedback immediately after each step through whole RFP creation procedure before finalizing document
