I bought this item for Bluetooth rather than Wi-Fi. Immediately the item WORKS. It connected to my Alexa very easily from my desktop. But for some reason Reason when I installed It randomly disconnected all my USB ports and disconnected from Alexa I didn't know the reason for this until I realized it only happened after I installed it on my computer I tried to installing the update driver and fixing things in my device manager.watched tons of youtube videos and i just couldn't find any solution other than just removing the card from my computer.after i removed it everything seemed fine work and there were no problems with my computer. It did what I wanted it to do but also had some side effects. If I were you I would look for one Find another card to install so you don't have to wait 10 seconds each time Keyboard, mouse, headset, Alexa, webcam, and microphone will be disabled for it to reconnect.
