Great item, I use it to make a Halloween garland, alternating black/white and red/black. They are great and I saw them in an expensive party store and was trying to figure out how they tie them together, they look so ordinary. You can also make big, small, big, small just by deciding how much you want to fill in the balloons. I use one of those pneumatic hand pumps just because it's faster for me because I'm not that good at inflating balloons, but I don't know if everyone needs one.
